Our attorneys will identify eligible cases for expungement, prepare paperwork, file, and monitor the progress. Court appearances and/or representation at contested hearings are not included and are available for an additional fee.

Eligibility for expungement depends on the specific facts and circumstances of each case and applicable Maryland law. No particular result is promised or guaranteed.
